There are many ways to help raise money for Blue Mountain through your usual activities. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our VP of Fundraising.
Primary Fundraising Events
The largest amount of funds PTO uses to support the school are generated through these avenues:
Turkey Trot – Our biggest fundraiser of the year is November 8, 2018.
Book Fair – Purchase books at one of our PTO Book Fairs! Our first one of the school year is October 4-12, 2018.
Spirit Nights – We have social events at various restaurants and businesses around Longmont. Each business gives a portion of the proceeds made during the event back to BMES PTO.
Spirit Wear Sales- We design new logos each school year to have printed on clothing and offer them for purchase to the community.
These year-round, ongoing efforts managed by Committee Chairs supplement the PTO budget and are ever so important:
Box Tops for Education– Purchase participating items, cut, save, & turn in Box Tops. Our annual goal is to raise $1000 in Box Tops for the school.
King Soopers– Shop for groceries and BMES PTO receives credit: $250 for every $5000 purchased.
Longmont Dairy Milk Caps – Save and turn in caps from Longmont Dairy products all year. Each is worth 5 cents- again- they add up fast!
